You can simply inform us the exact issues, we are eager to help you out.

You can raise a return request with genuine concerns like:

      • Received a wrong product/Item not same as ordered

      • Product is defective

      • Product is Dead On Arrival i.e. Product is not functioning at all

    You can contact us for return/replacement for the particular product within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of wrong/damage/defective products please notify us within 24 hrs after receiving the product.

    We will initiate the process for reverse pick up and once we get back the product, our quality team will check for the issues highlighted by the customer if it matches our return policy you will be eligible for 100% refund. However, if our quality team do not find any issues with the product then the shipping cost, handling fees for the item maybe deducted. We will initiate the refund process immediately and it will take 3/4 days to reflect in your bank account. In case of replacement, replacement product will be delivered to you soon.

    Criteria for Return/Refund

    If you want to return a product that is defective or damaged you can return the product raising a return request. However, there are certain points that you should remember while returning a product:

        • Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

        • For damaged products raise your return request within 24 hrs after receiving the product

        • Only damaged or defective products can be returned.

        • In case you didn’t liked the product or product is not upto your expectations. Such requests can be taken only and only if product delivered to you is completely seal packed, you shouldnt have opened its seal yet because once seal opened it becomes not a sellable product for us. On Returning such products you need to bear both side courier charges or other charges such as handling fee, payment gateway charges etc. if applicable.

        • Return Courier charges would be calculated according to weight as shipments below 500gm would be charged Rs.60 each side. For additional weight charges would be calculated as Rs.50 per 500gm.

        • Product or Product Box got damaged due to negligence, improper usage will not be covered under our return policy

        • The return box should include all the accessories, user manual, tags, warranty cards etc. including the original package

        • Please Note that, If you have purchased some internal part/accessory of some device like computer ram, ssd, SMPS etc. And product/accessory found to be In-compatible with a particular Device then in such cases return policy may not be valid.

      We reserve the right to cancel the return/replace process if 1. Our quality team doesn’t find the issues highlighted by the customer and the product box doesn’t contain all the accessories or 2. if the product is of higher value above Rs.5000 and is completely in working condition without any defects and your reason to return is just not meeting as per your expectations.

      Cancellation Policy

      If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, kindly contact our customer support team to cancel your order and ensure that you are cancelling your order within two hours after placing your order on our website. Because once your item is packed and dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. If you have paid online for your order your refund amount will credit in your same payment method which has been used at time of placing the order after deducting payment gateway and handling charges atleast 10% of transaction amount.

          • If your order get delayed somewhere in transit due to some operational issue or an unvoidable/rare occuring circumstances of logistics and you wish to cancel same in such scenario, you may need to bear cancellation charges of almost 10%(it includes handling charges, payment gateway fees) for same.

          • If a customer buy some product which is not available in our warehoue and a special booking been done by vplak to supplier on customer request, Such orders are not valid for cancellation

          • If you give a booking amount for a particular order, once our process starts we wont able to cancel the order because of many internal reasons like we might specially purchasing the said products specially for your order only or we might have done the billing part or we might have made a special arrangement for you just because of that booking etc.
